I drew the line at the sea eel last night but Nigel claimed it was lovely. Not normally a fishy person - he's very fussy at what sea creatures he will eat. All white fish is tolerated but not if red meat is also on the menu. Shellfish is a definite no no and now salmon is also beginning to make him feel - and I quote "a little squiffy". So the fact that he was all over this dish was a little surprising - eel be disappointed when I can't get it at Moore Wilson.
